Why we are not the cheapest

You have probably seen the same device somewhere else for less. That is true, and we would rather explain it than pretend otherwise.

We pay the excise duty

Nicotine products carry excise duty in the EU. We declare it and we pay it on everything we sell, and it is inside the price you see. A shop that skips that step can be meaningfully cheaper — but the difference is not smarter buying, it is a cost someone decided not to carry.

We are a registered company, and we will be at the same address next year

Xhale Xpress is run by THREE GUYS s. r. o., a company registered in Slovakia. Our full company name, address and registration numbers are printed at the bottom of every page on this site — you are welcome to look us up.

That matters more than it sounds. If something goes wrong with your order, there is a company to come back to, an invoice, and the same domain in six months.

You pay when the parcel is in your hand

Cash on delivery, everywhere we ship. You do not send money to strangers on the internet and hope. The courier hands you the box, you pay, and that is the whole risk. Over €50 the delivery is on us.

A real person reads your message

Write to us and someone who actually knows these devices answers — usually the same day, in Hungarian, Slovak, Czech or English.

So, is it worth it?

If price is the only thing that matters, there are cheaper places, and we genuinely understand. If you would rather know exactly what you are buying and who you are buying it from, that is what we are here for.
