Four flavours in one device: is a multi-flavour vape actually worth it?

The most common way a large disposable dies is not that it runs out. It is that you get bored of the flavour around the halfway mark, it migrates to a drawer, and you buy something else.

What they actually are

A multi-flavour device holds several separate liquid reservoirs in one housing, with a switch or dial to change which one you are drawing from. They do not blend. Switching from mango to mint gives you mint, with maybe one transitional puff in between.

The case against — the part nobody prints on the box

• It is bigger. Four reservoirs take four reservoirs of space. If you want something that disappears in a jeans pocket, this is not it.
• You will not like all four. Flavour sets are chosen by the manufacturer, not by you. Expect to genuinely use two or three of them.
• Uneven wear. The one you love empties first. The device is not finished when your favourite is — which is either fine or annoying, depending on your temperament.
