Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded). You’ll receive tracking by email/SMS when dispatched.

Delivery estimates

 

• EU: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Other regions: shown at checkout, subject to local import rules.

Restrictions

We only ship where permitted by law. Couriers may require 18+ age verification on delivery. We do not ship to minors. Some locations (e.g., PO boxes or remote areas) may be excluded.

Duties & taxes

For non-EU destinations, any import duties/taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Lost/undeliverable

Wrong/incomplete addresses or uncollected parcels that return to us can be reshipped at cost; shipping fees are non-refundable unless we erred.

Damage/shortage

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can investigate and resolve quickly.
